Refund Policy  

All sales are final. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. Purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Bad Weather Policy for Outdoor Courts

For safety reasons, ESA and your coach reserve the right to cancel or postpone tennis lessons due to adverse weather conditions. If inclement weather is anticipated prior to your class, please communicate with your coach to assess the situation. If you and your coach determine that it is unsafe to proceed, you may cancel and reschedule the lesson.

- Cancellations More Than 1 Hour Before the Lesson: No lesson fee will be charged.  

- Cancellations Within 1 Hour of the Lesson Start Time: A fee equivalent to half of the lesson duration will be charged.  

- If Rain Occurs After the Lesson Has Started: The full lesson fee will apply.  

By agreeing to participate in lessons conducted at outdoor venues, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Attendance and Makeup Policy  

For private lessons, you must notify your pickleball or tennis coach at least 24 hours prior to the lesson if you wish to postpone. Please note that you will forfeit any court and booking fees, if applicable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

- Cancellations or Rescheduling Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: You will be charged 100% of the lesson fee, along with any applicable court and booking fees, regardless of the reason.  

- Cancellation Limits: Clients are allowed one cancellation for every 4-hour package or two cancellations for every 10-hour package. Any additional cancellations will incur a full charge of 100%, regardless of the notice period.  

- Open Group Classes: No compensation or makeup lessons will be provided for absences, regardless of the reason. You may send a replacement in your place due to medical emergencies or other significant reasons.  

- Tardiness: Time lost due to arriving late will not be compensated or made up.

Private Lessons Package Expiration Dates

Clients are expected to commit to consecutive weekly private lessons once commenced. Packages have the following expiration limits:

- 4-Hour Package: Expires within a maximum of 5 weeks.  

- 10-Hour Package: Expires within a maximum of 12 weeks.
